Your business is only as good as your people are and your people are only as good your leadership is


The ultimate question is: How to become a better Leader? The biggest trap of Leaders is searching on the outside instead of looking inside themselves.

That was also the case with a former colleague of mine, an incredibly talented person, who came to me totally exhausted and frustrated, announcing that she wanted to quit her job just after the first year in the leadership role.

Through coaching and self-reflection she figured out that the only thing she did was copying fellow Leaders and controlling the behavior of others. Her focus was clearly on the outside.

The so-called COPY - PASTE approach does not apply in leadership. That means that it isn´t effective to copy the behavior of our role models, but instead to begin with INNER WORK and the 1st step is to do the SHIFT OF IDENTITY, which is to figure out who you are and who you are not.

Self-awareness allows you to create your own Leadership style and that leads to self-confidence, resulting in trusting others and helping them to develop => LEADING FROM INSIDE OUT.


The already mentioned former colleague became one of the best leaders I have ever worked with after starting her inner journey supported by coaching.

Inner work is simple but not easy, but it´s definitely worth it.
