Mental Resilience can be trained


With this great group of people from Swiss re and Vegum we concluded our 4-months development program “Mental Resilience, Mindfulness”. These talented people brought a huge amount of self-honesty, energy, openness, and passion to make positive permanent change in their lives.

Participants improved their stress resistance, mental/emotional resilience, focus, capacity for empathy, even their health issues and all this has a huge impact on their overall well-being.

As one of the participants said: “Now I have realized how differently I can live my life and change not only myself, but also positively influence the lives of my closest – co-workers, family.”
