What a pleasure to lead another 4 months Mindfulness – mental resilience development program in Swiss Re.
Very motivated, committed group striving for self-mastery, developing their capacity for focus, self-awareness, stress resistance and compassion.
How we do it?
Utilizing the neuroplasticity of our brains week by week implementing new positive habits through focused practices into the lives of participants. The ultimate goal of the program is a positive change in behavior, increased performance, mental resilience and last but not least well-being for participants.
