Mindful Leadership is about wisdom not knowledge
How many wise Leaders do you know and how do you spot them? What they say and do fits, you trust them and feel you want to have "that something" too. You are inspired more about their actions than their words.
What is the main difference between the knowledge and wisdom? Knowledge comes from outside - reading, studying, talking and wisdom from inside - reflecting, sensing, observing, listening and experiencing. Knowledge sounds very clever, wisdom on the other side crazy and impossible.
How much time do we spent by reading, listening audiobooks, podcast, "copy - pasting" others and how much time we spent with ourselves, reflecting on our own experiences, relying on our own inner resources, values, talents, decisions?
What leader you want to be, the clever one or the wise one?
