A lot of Managers have a hostile relationship towards “Failures”. They are afraid of them, which at the same time unknowingly pushes away success. The most common symptoms of this mindset are –
stagnation, lack of energy, toxic behavior and micromanagement.
Wise leaders know that there are more failures than successes in life and embrace them as feedback, a reality check and an inevitable part of success.
They know that our brain is programmed to judge, self-blame, self-criticism, and the only way to change it is to reprogram the brain by building a positive mindset.
How to do it?
- start failing with joy of new learning and growing
- 3+1 rule – find 3 things which were good and 1 thing that could be better in any situation
- learn to appreciate yourself for what you have already achieved
- move on after a failure and be grateful for that experience
- adopt the power of visualization

How do you cope with failing😊?
