This 1-year-long highly practical and transformative program gives you all the fundamental skills and competences to become a SUSTAINABLE FUTURE-READY LEADER.

The constant change, complexity and ambiguity of the digital age set a new benchmark in the changing economic environment for personal leadership. There is a gap between the pace of technological development and human evolution. This development program teaches you how to cover the gap and to switch from “analogue to digital” leadership mode, which also brings a new dimension into your private life.

  • max. 12 participants in a group

  • 10 whole day sessions + 1 group session

  • 80/20 practice/theory

  • interactive and practical workshops
