About the Event

Do you wonder, how to become mentally stronger, more stress resistant and easily creating connection with others in your business and private life? This development program helps you to better understand your reaction, behavior and teaches you to deal with every day challenging situations.

GOAL OF THE PROGRAM

​You will get more stress resistant, which helps you to make difficult decision under pressure, allows you to help others to better deal with their difficult situations and you embrace giving critical feedback. You will become more empathetic person, which allows you to create trust, safe and positive atmosphere in the team. You deepen your self-awareness and body mind connection, which helps you to use your intuition in daily business. Live in the present moment, which is the essence of mindfulness, allows you to live more fulfilled and satisfying life.

By the end of this program you establish your regular mental training practice and install new positive habits into your life.
