1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. Programme registration

We collect the programme you select, your first and last name, email address and phone number. Company, role/profession and expectations are optional. Please do not include health information or other sensitive personal data in free-text fields.

We use these details to respond to your request, provide programme information, confirm participation and organise the programme. Processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform the contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Relevant invoicing and statutory records are processed under Article 6(1)(c).

Without your name and contact details, we cannot process your registration. Providing optional information is voluntary. The checkbox confirms that you have read this notice; it does not give consent to marketing or replace the applicable legal basis.

3. Who receives the data?

Registration through this website is handled through Wix Forms. Programme enquiries are received at info@essentiascoaching.com. Email is provided through paid Google Workspace and accessed using Outlook.

Participant information is accessed by Miroslav Kusalík and the person responsible for accounting administration at Essentias. An external accounting service provider receives paper invoices by post. Invoices contain company details and may contain the participant’s name; registration forms are not sent to this provider.

For company-organised participation, the employer may provide the participant’s name and email address by email.

TO COMPLETE: verify the contracted Wix and Google entities and any further recipients. Verify any transfers outside the EEA and state the applicable adequacy decision or safeguards and how to obtain a copy.

4. How long are data retained?

TO COMPLETE: specify the retention period or precise deletion criteria for enquiries that do not result in participation, participant records after the programme, and invoices/statutory records. Do not retain registration data indefinitely.

5. Your rights

Depending on the applicable GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to info@essentiascoaching.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), or another competent supervisory authority. We respond within the GDPR time limits, normally one month.

6. Marketing

Registering for a programme does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. Any consent requested for additional marketing must be separate, voluntary and withdrawable.

7. Website, cookies and external links

The website uses Wix. Technical processing may include IP addresses, browser information and security logs. External links, such as Calendly or LinkedIn, lead to services with their own privacy notices.
