What a wisdom. Why not to turn it into a working vision. When you take a look at the current world there are a lot of followers, but not that many leaders. Creating followers is not easy, however creating leaders is another level.
It requires a good choice at the beginning, consistent daily work and patience. Reflect for a moment and ask yourself the following questions: How much time do I spend with my people? How many leaders have I already helped to create? How have I helped to move my team, department, organization into another level?
