You will learn and practice how to respond instead of reacting and how you can get rid of majority unnecessary stressful situations from your business and private life.
You will learn and practice new stress management techniques and create a plan how to implement them into your life.
You learn what is it an emotion and practice techniques how to deal with the unpleasant emotions.
You will understand why it is sometimes so difficult to switch off your thoughts stream and learn and practice techniques to help you to clear your mind.
You will eventually understand how to make stress your friend rather than a fiend. And how to use eustress more in your business and private life.
You begin to understand stress reactions in others and learn how to help them to better cope with them.
